                                       Dear Father
I arrived here on Monday Evening
left Newark Saturday Eve. at 5 o clock traveled my Rail Road, Steam Boat, Skiffs, &c. I sail tomorrow at 12 m in the “North Star” and we are to have the “Golden Age” on the other side. Two first rate Steamers and a number of acquaintances I anticipate a safe and pleasant voyage Mr White & Wife are here to go. we are to have a full load of passengers. Recd a letter (frwd from) Granville) last night from Pacheco written 15th of March all well and prospering my kindest love to all
